Emitter, Custom Weapons, Fireworks

I have searched and could not find answers to my questions, so that is why I am posting in here. 1st: Emitter - When I use an emitter the object I put in it just appears and then dissolves without actually being shot out. How do I fix this? (a regular object, not a weapon) 2nd: Weapons - In the tutorial "Custom Weaponators" they show a monkey with a trailing rainbow coming out of it's behind. Is there a way to get different materials to emit from an object (like a rainbow) instead of smoke? And if so, how do I do it? 3rd: Fireworks - When I use the Effects Emitter and apply the fireworks they only shoot out a couple of times and then stop (they don't repeat).... is there a way to get them to constantly keep firing? I only ask because everything else in the Effects Emitter has a constant effect and never stops. thanks for any help sry if I posted in the wrong area of the forums. | 2013-01-28 05:07:00 Author: Unknown User |
1- Is the emitted object static or dynamic? It needs to be dynamic to move 2- You can change the weapon 'effect trail' in the tweak menu of the weaponisor 3- I ran into this problem too, I solved it by using a timer that resets every few seconds while also reactivating the special effects emitter for the fireworks Hope this helps | 2013-01-28 07:50:00 Author: ConanUltimate Posts: 104 |

I still can't find the 'effect trail' part though. I'm probably looking in the wrong spot, but after I place a weaponator (specific weapon) I move my cursor over it and press the square button, the only thing that pops up is the empty circle that you can select to put a weaponized object into.
