Hey Sackies, I've just published a new level on my earth, it's called: Midnight In Paris and I hope you'll enjoy it: Description Experience the warmth of Paris from the city rooftops, and get absorbed by the atmospheric midnight lightning and the original gameplay [Music by: Velvet--Audio] Feel free to play with your friendsm but be aware that the thermometer has reaches it's max, so there's a risk of low frame reference! It took me about 30 hours to make this level, so please enjoy my hard work Pictures: http://i1.lbp.me/img/ft/2e1a965f8f6d685121878c65bf0c55cf22d9c363.jpg http://i3.lbp.me/img/ft/e536ba7f252540e05d8d36ed0ed5ef446afff3dd.jpg http://i5.lbp.me/img/ft/7058d3a25ac84b3e8b397fbb78f604412a782601.jpg http://i9.lbp.me/img/ft/729466e7ce4f18a39850d23c2cb02ba49bfbde2b.jpg Level Link: http://littlesigplanet.com/v/hnfpet/popit_default/full/sig.png (http://lbp.me/v/hnfpet) Edit: Yay! Definitely in the queue. I love the style of the previous levels I've played of yours, so I'm sure this will be great | 2013-01-24 22:13:00 Author: thespacemonkey187 Posts: 318 |
looks like it'll be fun! Was this inspired by that one level, Paris is for lovers? If so, I can't wait to play it even more! | 2013-01-24 22:33:00 Author: theIronHorse Posts: 279 |

I swore I was looking at "Paris is For Lovers". I'll check it out. I loved the theme to the other. Hopefully revisiting this theme will be as good this time as the last. =) | 2013-01-25 04:40:00 Author: dollfaec Posts: 8 |

this was a fun level to play. While the level is inspired by Tobs' Level, I felt the gameplay was unique to this level. Great design, good obstacles and platforming mechanics. Excellent work on this. | 2013-01-25 15:43:00 Author: biorogue Posts: 8424 |
Well this was one of the hardest levels I ever played. Probably it was because of lack of infinite checkpoints, and some pretty difficult platforming. And what are time bombs doing in Paris?... Though the environment was really cool, and it seemed pretty different from most lbp levels. | 2013-01-25 17:24:00 Author: Unknown User |
Here are some better pictures: http://i1.lbp.me/img/ft/2e1a965f8f6d685121878c65bf0c55cf22d9c363.jpg http://i3.lbp.me/img/ft/e536ba7f252540e05d8d36ed0ed5ef446afff3dd.jpg http://i5.lbp.me/img/ft/7058d3a25ac84b3e8b397fbb78f604412a782601.jpg http://i9.lbp.me/img/ft/729466e7ce4f18a39850d23c2cb02ba49bfbde2b.jpg | 2013-01-27 16:23:00 Author: Jauw Posts: 484 |
Looks cool! The link isn't working for me for some reason :/ Hopefully I can find it by searching the name (: Finally got to play it! It was easy to find this time =P Yaay Mm Pick! It was a great level well deserved. Atmospheric, fun, and beautiful. I really liked how the checkpoints exploded confetti when you reached them. The only negative I could think of is that this level has a very similar aesthetic to levels I have played before. | 2013-01-27 23:03:00 Author: K3NDRAKRAY Posts: 61 |
Hi there ^^ We failed to beat the level with 3 people - but I managed to finish it alone, although it took me another two or three tries. The design was top-notch and I also liked most of the challenges. But this part here was too difficult / unfair in my opinion; (You could make it easier by adjusting the jumping bad angle and/or the timer which controls the frequency of the electric shocks.) http://if.lbp.me/img/ft/03fb35852db1de10722ed6ee22d647a1511b9c0b.jpg PS. You can also see, that I managed to move the platform beneath my feet to the left. ^^ Kind regards, Lumina | 2013-01-28 15:07:00 Author: Lumina Posts: 641 |
Thanks for the bug-report I will look into the issues, I was going to have some challenges in the level but not THAT challenging I'm sure you can play a bug-free and updated level within a few days! ------------------------------------------ Edit: Yay! Lumina speaks the truth saying that the section above was a bit too hard, but oh well, I didn't have the feeling of being treated unfairly. I was motivated by the challenge and the thought that it actually looked possible. It's obvious that your inspiration came from Tobsn's level but your level is done well and in unique a way that it's a great hommage to a great creator. Well done. I'm definitely coming back to your earth to hopefully find even more awesome stuff! | 2013-01-29 13:38:00 Author: Luke Posts: 45 |
Awesome stuff will await you I do plan to make some more platformers and a more unique theme. Thanks for the feedback! -- Jauw | 2013-01-29 13:58:00 Author: Jauw Posts: 484 |
UPDATE!! I've fixed the Electric Wire Section, this part will be MUCH easier to complete now. I've also fixed some minor loose materials. Enjoy theses new fixes: http://lbp.me/v/hnfpet Level Badge Update, I thought of making a new badge. The badge I used before was actually just a quick screenshot from another level http://i3.lbp.me/img/bl/8234a0da7175de556ea853bfdc494466f9d254d9.png | 2013-11-09 23:29:00 Author: Jauw Posts: 484 |
Excellent! I can't wait to try it out all over again! I've been using your level and the level that gave you the inspiration to make it to help me work on my own Paris-inspired level titled "Parisian Pointe Performance!" Anyways, thanks for the update and Consider it Queued!!! EDIT: The part you fixed concerned the beginning, right? Either way, I can't remember how much trouble I had with that, but I don't think it was as much as others have pointed out... Hopefully the amount of finished plays you get will increase! | 2013-11-10 06:38:00 Author: Bryan_Zuckerberg Posts: 874 |
