I hereby declare today to be the Y.A.D.!!! What's Y.A.D.? YOUR APPRECIATION DAY!!! Yup, that day when you have to hug your friends, yourself and give friends a pat on their back and say: "Man, you've done great!" Today is the day for those whose work is never acknowledged, always considered as a given. But you're the ones that made the Community a great place, a lovely place, a creative place. You changed a series of strings and graphical assets into something unique, warm and fuzzy. You have to thank your passion, the passion of your friends, the care, the smiles. Nothing is ever a given, our passion is not, our work is not, our creativity is not, our friendship is not. So stop by and please share a lovely episode for someone you wanted to thank and always missed the chance to do. Let's show that this Community has still a big beating heart. And don't forget to hug your friends in game and say thank you so much for everything you've done in LBP! Thank you all guys for the passion, the countless sleepless night, the warmth, your presence and sustain in sad times and all the good laughs in good time. Thanks for your art but most of all, thanks for your honest friendship! <3

Weee go me! I appreciate all my past LBP friends who truly made the game worthwhile. Friends like Martut, AgentBanana, and Incinerator22! All those friends also don't play LBP anymore, which is kinda why I don't play anymore.

I appreciate all my buds on the spotlight and contest crews who still maintain a zest for this game even after playing thousands and thousands of levels. You guys rock. I appreciate all the creators out there who keep me busy and help keep me enthused about this game. Everyday I am blown away by another awesome level that someone has painstakingly crafted and it keeps me coming back to see what will be published tomorrow. Hello everyone. Before I start with some self-appreciation, I must thank all the folk on here who have helped me with my logical problems... and also every member on the site in general Now for some self-appreciation. I've mentioned it a few times on here that I've been working on a level for a long time (since early March last year). With numerous bugs and hitches along the way (and even now, I'm finding the odd thing that I've missed or not accounted for), I could've easily sacked (pun intented) it in.... but I haven't. I've stuck through it and now I'm almost at a stage where I'm ready to release it.... at least for testing. Whilst not an original premise, I think it is original to LBP2. No matter how it performs (with regards to number of plays etc), or even if it all works when other people try it (which knowing my luck.. it won't!), I think I can be very proud of what I've created. When I look at how far I've come, if I compare this to my first level - Musical Heaven (which is crap - I'm actually contemplating locking this if my next level takes off because I'm embarassed of more people playing it ).... I've not done badly at all, especially for someone who never intended to publish a level when he bought the game.

Great idea! I am thankful for all the LBPC members that truly make this a special place to hang out. It is because of you all that I am here and love spending a bit of time chatting on this or that. I am thankful for the zillions of LBP'ers out there that keep playing the game and the creators that keep pushing their own boundaries and keep improving as creators. I am also grateful for all the LBPC members who have devoted their time to keep this site running smoothly and giving us more and more fantastic features, the Community Spotlight team for their tireless efforts that give us those amazing gems to play every two weeks over the last 5 years and of course the wonderful Contest Crew who keep us entertained with contests that flex the creative juices of all that participate and give us even more amazing levels to play. I am also thankful to my team, the Creator Spotlight crew for all their efforts, They have all have been a joy to work with in helping shine a wonderful glow on some really amazing creators. Last but not least, I am most proud and forever indebted to my wonderful girlfriend, co-creator and creator of some amazing LBP sets both in the Caption Contest and the Creator Spotlight videos. She also played the parts of some characters that could not show up in some of those videos! lol Some may also not have realized, but she makes some of the most amazing architecture ever seen in LBP and why most of the buildings were hers. She is the love of my life, the incredible TheCountessZ, ..she's a really good cook too!! YUM! We bought LBP one November day in 2008 and the rest is history. Even decided to stay home and play LBP for Thanksgiving that year! lol ..and if I didn't mention someone or some group, please forgive my feeble old mind. It is hard to remember events over these past 5 years. Craftworld lives because of each and every one of you and I am thankful for you all!! ....and if anything I have done here, or in LBP either helped or inspired someone, touched a heart, or made anyone laugh or smile, I feel all of my time spent was more than worth it. It was all for you guys. Here's to another 5 years!

I know I'm a bit late but, why limit it to just one day? I'm thankful for all the friends i've made (you know who you are) I'm thankful to all the awesome creators who have inspired me. And i'm greatful to all the community members who work so hard behind the scenes (Again, you know who you are)

As much as I appreciate all my buddies in LBP, I appreciate them every day through my actions and my activities in the community. So, every day is YAD. Let's not be too greedy now!

O_O But yeah, I keep signing up on other sites, but no place is as... permanant in my heart like this place is. Friends have come, friends have gone, I've gotten into arguements and ticked off some people. But through it all, one thing has been certain. I'm very grateful to MM for creating an incredible game such as this. Because without this game, none of these things posted before me could be possible. This is the longest running time I've played and enjoyed from day one a game I consider the best. I also can't forget the crew who started this site old and new, who've made LBP a better place to share our common interest for the love of this game. Thank you all

I'm just so thankful for all the cross-interweb friends that I've made through LBP, whether it's a guy from Poland, or someone who only lives a few miles away, their all so intricately creative and hilarious to be around.
