Which of these (arcade/mini) games should I make/not make?

I've been brainstorming recently after I have finished my first Vita level, which was a platformer, what I should do next. Here are some ideas I've come up with:

Labyrinth - About 20 levels long. It would be similar to the iPhone game in this picture:

Side-scrolling shooter - About 5 levels long. It would be similar to the retro bee level (Fight of the Bumblebees?) in LBP2 but with modern graphics and an airplane that you fly in.

Bouncing cat platformer game - About 10 levels long. This is something I just came up with. Basically, you play as a cat that bounces the whole time. It will work similarly to a typical LittleBigPlanet level, but you'll be bouncing the whole time as a cat.

2D Rolling cart game - About 15 levels long. There is a cart that rolls by itself and you have to quickly fulfill its path while it moves.

Ultimate Boxing - 3 rounds. This should explain it all:

The thing I like about it is that people will assume it's a real boxing level when it turns out to have boxes instead of real boxers.

Fishing at a stream - Similar to the fishing game in Jak & Daxter:

Your thoughts really count! I just don't want to spend forever making something that isn't satisfying to most people.
