First thing's first, happy to finally have registered. Tried to register on my phone's browser but that wasn't possible. I got very frustrated. It said I didn't accept the forum rules when I CLEARLY checked the box EVERY TIME. Anyways, I'm here, so all is well. I have been an avid LBP fan since the first game and I've always have big ambitions but not enough brainpower to get the job done. I've not been a very prolific creator, having only published a mere 2 levels, both of which I consider mediocre. The first level was a platformer that payed tribute to Mirror's Edge. This was created in LBP1 and it was not good at all. I remade the level and made it much, much better in LBP2. My second level, which is another platformer, is my own original level, called Heist: Casino, published on this very day of January 14, 2013 on the PS Vita version of LBP. It is about the new guy on a team of robbers. He is tasked with getting into the casino, getting the money, and getting out. Simple right? I am currently testing the poop out of an RPG level. I can't get anything right, no matter how hard I try. It really saddens me that even though I put hours of work into my levels, they end up just being mediocre and barely get any visits anyway. It makes me wonder if these games (that I love very much) are even worth my time anymore. My games don't really re-invent the wheel, but when my real-life friends come over and play them, they have a blast. So, if you have the time, please play my level, Heist: Casino. It is sitting at 0 visits as of now, been published for 5 hours now. I know I need to be patient but seriously, how will anyone find the level? You could also try Mrror's Edge if you wanted to on PS3; it's sitting at around 15 visits and it's been published for a year and a half or so. Any feedback on my levels, whether it be criticism, compliments, suggestions, anything, would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks to anyone who reads this. PSN: Sweinhoff

Welcome! Glad ya made it! ..but so sorry you had issues joining. I think sometimes the little do dads and such, java scripts and other such thingies get a bit lost on phone browsers. As my esteemed colleague biorogue says, your best bet of getting lots of the feedback you have dreamt of can be yours by posting your levels in the Level Showcase! Add lots of photos and a detailed description to help others feel excited to play it. Also include them to be F4F (feedback for feedback) and be PROACTIVE in it's use. That is, go play other F4F levels in the showcase, leave lots of great detailed, constructive feedback for those levels. Then mention which of your levels to have them honor their F4F commitment. Don't do it once, twice, or just three times.. do it a bunch! This not only gets others to check out your levels, but helps you to get to know other creators here on LBPC and build a network of sorts. ..and any questions, just ask! Have fun!

Hello and welcome! Also as a somewhat successful creator let me let you in on a secret... Hearts and plays don't matter. It's true hearts are merely just a number, and I make my levels just for friends/fans both online and in real life. Bottom line: If you like the game and enjoy playing it, then honestly who cares about the end results? Stay vigilant my friend.
