HUD Vertical / Horizontal Shift Tweak

| I know, I know. We can already tweak whether or not the HUD is set to vertical or horizontal. But, as far as I know, only in create mode. I think it would benefit creators if we could have a switch that allows us to change, in Play mode, whether the HUD is set to vertical, or Horizontal.
