0 Score Bug, anyone?

Archive: 3 posts

Hello. :WARNING: long text, hope you understand what Im trying to tell

After 7 levels what I have create, I have this really small but really annoying bug. "0 Score Bug" I have tried to search several times but found only one with the same issue: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/LittleBigPlanet-PS3-PS-Vita/0-Score-Bug-anyone/td-p/12851478

EaziG's solution make sense, but unfortunately it does not work. Well at least for me its not, I have tried that solution several times with no luck. That 0 score bug, what appears on your screen is just the matter of time. I have made the notes: Every single time that 0 score appears when my thermo is half full, after that there is nothing I can do, only to pray and hope it will dissapear. Lately my solution is that I make several different copys, just in case if that showes up again I can go to my previous saved level.

Usually it appears when the thermo is half full like I sayd, and after that it usually goes away after you create a while, but then it comes back. The reason why its annoying me so much, that when new player starting my level I dont want people to see at beginning of the level other players scores, and its kind of ruining the atmposphere imo, a specially when I want the beginning of the level to be "pure".

My latest level Everlasting Rest, the beginning is really importand to me and I wanted to be mysterious and its black and white, so its really ruining the feeling that at the beginning everything is black and white and then there is that annoying 0 score color ball. But I was lucky that it didnt appear at the end when I published it. But, yesterday I was makeing little changes there and wanted to modifed the level, and then there it was again that stupid 0 color ball bug. So I decided just let it be.

And this annoying little thing has happend to me every time, and why its so annoying? because I just cant do nothing to remove it, even that EaziG's solution didnt work. And I know allready that if Im gonna create someday again, it will be there again annoying me.

Anyway... My point is, that is it only me and EaziG with this problem or is there anyone else? And is there anyone else who really knows how can I or anybody remove that annoying 0 score ball bug. Of course MM maybe could fix this with somekind of patch but I really dont think they will, cause its really not that "huge" issue, well it is for me. So, thats it and thanks.

This bug drove me crazy on my last LBP2 level since it started with a b&w cut scene; the color 0 score was very distracting.

After manually copying everything from the level into a new crater a couple times only to have the 0 score reappear again hours later, I can tell you the best thing to do is ignore it and keep working.

Long before I completed the level the 0 score had gone away...

Well yes, thanks thats what I have been doing, just ignoring it cause there really isnt anyting I can do to remove it. But glad to hear that Im not the only one with this issue, and I think most people probably even dont care about this or less people know about this. But I kind of hopeing that someone really knows how to remove it
