Sack Hero's Plumbing Odyssey.

Archive: 16 posts

Appreciate any and all feedback!

I was recently attacked by a mountain lion so I had 3 days of mandatory "off the feet" time to recover. I healed with a solid dose of LBP2 and pain killers - the end result is Sack Hero's Plumbing Odyssey. As I look at my moon, it appears that I had a whole trilogy of levels planned with fragments of mini games hidden in other moon craters.

Thanks for the thoughts!

I suppose I could add a little meat. There are 2 "secret" areas, both have a payout - one is more involved than the other. Perhaps you'll find them.

I feel that to the right mind, repetitive play of the level could be psychologically altering.

sounds cool, will try and find them. you should add some pics to further "sell" the level to the reader. You know, some eye candy to entice the reader to queue it up.2013-01-07 01:45:00

Ok, the anecdote about the mountain lion has me intrigued. Got it queued...will be interesting to see what a pain-killer induced lbp2 level will be like.

I have a F4F level, if you would be so kind as to check it out (if you haven't already). https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=76889-Treasure-Dash!

I'm not sure how to do this but I'll investigate. It seems like a good addition. The level would provide some amazing screen captures.

*edit - uploaded photos, thanks for the advice.

This level is just wrong, on so many levels....and I loved every moment of it! The "poo cannon" at the end didn't seem to do much of anything to the fish...I just jumped back down and went to the scoreboard.2013-01-07 02:47:00

The poo cannon needs a cockpit. You can spray and abuse Mr. Orange Fish with the poo cannon, and that seemed sufficient.

I happened upon a handful of Valium from a friend, so I will definitely be unleashing the sequel soon.

It's about half done on my moon, and after reviewing it last night I can say that it takes place further down the pipe in the processing plant. A surprising amount of masochistic themes present themselves as well. I devised some sort of complex gravity bobbler too, but I don't remember the exact intent.

That was kinda random, weird stuff. It was really hard to know where to go and it was no real obstacles, just running around in poop.2013-01-08 10:24:00

Don't forget swinging from poop, repelling on poop, sledding on poop, and searching for the bonus key hidden inside a poo.

Wow, so much fecal matter. Just...poop! There's really nothing else to say.
And such a twist that it is my doody not to spoil because, as we all know, spoilage gives massive diarrhea, and there's already a poop cannon in this level.

Seriously though, this was fun.

Design and gameplay was ok, but to be honest, I don't like to play with poo 2013-01-12 11:12:00
