Can you publish a locked level that is also copyable?

| Last night I decided to publish all but my most recent level, "The Wizard of Odd" as copyable but also made them locked. I then put keys to these levels at the end of my most recent level. I also left a note on my older levels, that if you play my newer level you will unlock a copyable version of my older levels. I'm just wondering though is it possible for people to copy these levels even though there locked or will people have to get the key before being able to copy the level? Yea I'm quite certain you would have to have the key to copy a locked level. Say you want to send it to your friend, you could send him the key, then publish a locked/copyable level.
