Alright, so I got a Vita for Christmas, and I have a few questions and/or concerns I'm sure you guys can help me out with. First off, which case would you suggest? I've done some research via Google, but I figured I would ask around here. I was looking into more of a heavy duty, protective, wrap-around case rather than just a carrying sleeve, but I've also been interested in getting a trigger grip. Are there any cases that can be used simultaneously with one? To the point, what are some reliable cases I should look into? I'm really nervous about damaging my Vita, seeing as it doesn't even have a screen protector; and it hasn't even left the house yet! Now that that's out of the way, would anyone mind sending me a friend request? None of my friends (grand total of two) have a Vita and I would really like to have a few people on my friends list I can have a good time with and get those pesky 2x areas. I'm only on the beginning of the Land of Odd, by the way. I realize that this was unnecessarily lengthy, and I apologize for my ranting. Thanks for your time!

That wasn't a rant and congrats on getting a PS Vita. Land of Odd is one of my favorite theme zones-- along with Spooky Mansion. As far as cases go... I have this one http://www.sfbags.com/products/ps-vita-cases/images/ps-vita-case-lg.jpg http://www.sfbags.com/products/ps-vita-cases/ps-vita-cases.php It's great- it has five game card slots- a padded psv compartment- a rear zip pouch and a three useless memory card slots. BUY A DECENT SIZED MEMORY CARD. Or else you'll have to reset the system every time you change it and the bubbles/themes get shuffled around with each switch. *I've actually dropped mine about 6-7 times onto a ceramic floor and it still works. No scratches on the screen.

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I already have the 32 gig card, my Dad and I split the cost as part of my Christmas presents. Would that case work with, say, a hard-cover that you keep on all the time? Obviously that would depend on the other case's size, but would you say it's big enough for a small-ish shell?

You should/could also attach a wrist strap to one of the loops. Hi there, and congrats on getting your Vita. I can honestly say that despite some very minor bugs it's a truly fantastic console, and better than I'd imagined the next handheld generation could be (considering how the original psp and the 3ds had turned out.) anywhoo back on topic. I'll add you as a friend for the vita. feel free to message me. my one rule is not to invite me into a game i'm not playing. (i.e, if you can see i'm playing little big planet, don't invite me to a lobby in cod.) other than that I'm happy to talk, help, answer questions if i know the answer and of course PLAY!)
