I want to have an advanced mover set to speed scale so that depending on how much I push down the analog stick, it with move a certain speed. The problem with this is that even when I set it to speed scale and connect it, it still doesn't work, it only picks up at about an 85% signal. I must be doing something wrong, but what...?

Not quite following the issue, TBH. Don't suppose you could upload a photo to LBP.me of your setup, then link it here for us to take a look? Honestly, unless you've made a really silly blunder with where you've wired your stuff, there's just nothing I can think of that would cause your issue. However, try placing a Sequencer down, and setting it to 'Positional', then wiring your strength signal in. The playbar on the Seq will correspond to the signal strength. Use this tool to determine if your Mover genuinely is only recieving 85% or if the signal is 100% and the issue is coming from elsewhere.
