Looks really interesting, I like the cave theme and the interesting material choices. I'll be sure to give this a play, and write a proper review when I'm on next.2012-12-25 04:36:00

What an awesome level, Sabre. The mood was perfect and the gameplay ideas were great, as well as challenging in a good way. I'm hoping it is well received by the LBP Community. 2012-12-25 05:52:00

why would you do this to me? Don't you know that I'm on vacation, far, far away from my PS3? Gah! I want to play this! queued.2012-12-25 06:07:00

Another brilliant platformer Sabre! Loved the design, so simple and unique... so perfect! The gameplay is really nice too. Nothing very new, but this is really well done!

Great job dude ^^

This is a great level for sure.
In my opinion it is a little bit to dark: the challenge of this level isn't the hardness of the obstacles. It is just hard to see how far I can go, or at wich point I have to jump or climb, etc. I wish it were a little brighter

However: I enjoyed exploring the cavern. The visuals are great, the obstacle route is very smart.
Great level

Thanks for the feedback, I may go in a tweak the lighting if I get anymore complaints about it.

Yeah Alain I agree with the gameplay not being very new..I'm still trying to push away from how I use to make my other levels and develope a skill in gameplay which is taking me awhile to do since it's not my thing but starting to think of some things, just got to put it into a level. So yeah nothing amazing or anything but it's decent enough to make it a fun level. Thanks again for playing it.

I thought the level was pretty fun and nice looking. As you said, there was nothing that particularly stands out about the level, but it's a pleasant experience overall. The platforming got a bit wonky and quick timey in some areas, specifically the grab rollers. It's just a pet peeve of mine, and most people won't think it's an issue. The visuals were fine, and I thought the lighting was nice: at no point was I screwed over because of the visuals. Some more detail would be nice, but it already looks fine. The ending was a bit abrupt and there was no buildup to it I think, but thermo constraints are thermo constraints and the level was a decent length. More originality in the gameplay department would be nice next time, but it was fun. Good work.

A million out of whatever bonner stars

Yeah I agree with you on the build up to the ending, I didn't feel to well of how I ended it but will definitely end it alot better for any upcoming levels. Thanks for the feedback on here and lbp..appreciate you playing it

Sorry Sabre, but I meant to write a review before heading out on vacation for X-Mas. Better late than never I guess, lol. Here it goes.

You know me well enough that I look for intriquite details and unique gameplay. Now having said that, I wanna start off with the clean and geometric look of each platform stages. Going from left to right to down and about did'nt obscure from the visuals I kept an eye on. The details were clean but nothing over dramatic which kept the visuals simple. Sometimes, that's enough to state the obvious, which I believe you wanted the simple clean looking level. Now, if I'm not mistaken, you concentrated on the gameplay more. I saw that you mixed it up with jump pads and grab and swing with the grab power-ups to throw bombs in order to reach the next stage. Nothing new but was planted in the right areas, and not some random place just to add gameplay elements. That's always been your "forte" in all your levels. Great job on that. There were some areas that as Bonner stated were a bit challenging. Not a bad thing but might seem a bit too frustrating to some players. You can't please them all, and you should'nt have to. I really enjoyed the level as a whole, but would've liked to find some hidden bubbles to keep it more enticing. But that's just me. Well done and a deserving heart from me

Thanks for the big feedback tripple, but as for the hidden bubbles goes there is one spot lol that only one person actually said they found..I didn't add alot cause at the time it wasn't on my mind but there is one spot in that whole level that has hidden bubbles. Glad you liked it overall and I also added a race gate cause someone asked me to but I doubt many would wanna go back so lol.

Played through this one last night, i don't remember if i left any kind of review on the stage itself...i kinda dread if i did, as i was in the midst of a well deserved start of vacation wine drunk.

Anyways, i do remember having an all around fun time playing through it. Nothing stands out as exceedingly difficult....which is usually the first thing i remember. i know you (and some others) have mentioned that there was nothing particularly stand out in the stage, but speaking personally, i don't think that's at issue at all. This was a fun, well integrated (that is sound, lights, and visuals) stage. Sometimes that's exactly what's called for (i know it's what i enjoy...though that's just me). i'll take five well done "normal" stages that work(for me) over something "innovative" that doesn't any day of the week.

You done a stage that works and works well, and that's an admirable thing right there. Good job.

Thanks for the feedback man, glad you see it from another angle on the fun side and not particularly looking for something to shock you or anything. I'm still building my talent up on gameplay but other then that glad you enjoyed the level and still remembered most of it lol.
