Hi Larochepower. Thank you for taking the time to do this interview. Can you tell us about your first LBP Memory?
My first memory of LBP was waking up the morning after the demo had gotten done installing. My brother and I started playing, and I knew I was going to be hooked.

What was it that first hooked you about LBP?
The originality and uniqueness of the game had me hooked from the start!

Tell us about the first level you ever made?
Haha! Well, the first level I made had a TON of dark matter in it, most of it was stairs also. I knew it wasn't the greatest level, but it was super fun to make!

How have you improved as a creator since then?
I would say I have improved in every way possible. I really started out with not that much creative talent, and have ended up with more than I could imagine!

What would you say is your best moment in LBP?
My best moment in LBP was when, oh I don't know. How can you pick one? My whole LBP experience is so amazing, I can't think of picking just one moment! But if I had to, I would probably say it was when I finally got my rare prize crown.

If you could change one thing about LBP what would it be?
I would probably bring it back to the old days, when it was really just about having fun with friends. I miss playing for hours with others who enjoyed the game, now it seems as if most of my friends aren't playing it as often.

Can you list some of your strengths and weaknesses as a creator?
Strengths - Story line, decent game play, above average scenery.
Weaknesses - logic, extreme detail, making my game play areas too small, music.

If you could improve one aspect of your creating what would it be?
I would probably like to improve my knowledge of the music sequencer.

Tell us about your influences and inspirations.
All the great creators out there: Mnniska, Steve_big_guns, and Poms are the biggest. Also, one of my best friends by the name of Emily2345. But, most importantly, God.

What does being a member of the Ghost Creators mean to you?
I take it as a great honor, and I feel as if I shouldn't be allowed to be with this group of amazing creators.

Can you tell us about some of your levels?
I will start with the level that really started to break me out of my shell as a creator, that being Spike La Folie.
This level was really the first level in which I took seriously while making. It all began one night when I was watching something on TV, and I saw some checkered tiles, and thought how wonderful they would look in an LBP level. So I hopped onto the Playstation and started creating.

The Idea just really started to take off, and I saw that I could have something very special on my hands. I can't really describe what happened, but ever since then, I believe, the quality of my levels I've made has gone up tremendously!

gonzilla4ever - amazing level, pretty hard but very original and very challenging! i had so much fun playing this lol but don't ask how many times i died, i forgot to count!!!

KrokZombie - I really liked it, another great original platformer !

Spike La Folie - http://lbp.me/v/bcs-mp

The second level I will tell you about is Tricky Temples
This level was really inspired by some old pictures I was scrolling through, that were taken in a temple/jungle type setting. I really felt inspired to try to place that into a LBP level in some unique way. There are many "temple" or "jungle" levels out there in LBP so I really tried to make this one seem unique!

Unexpecter - Very clever! Enjoyed this

jester946 - very cool. great platforming throughout and nice design

Smurfetta5683 - This is a wonderful looking level, very rustic. Can't wait to see more from you

The third level goes by the name of A Buggy Escape! [RPSBBC].
I was really trying to do something unique with this level. It was the first time I had ever worked with any type of sackbot logic, so I greatly improved my sackbot logic skills while making this level. I had so much fun testing out the different gameplay pieces I was thinking about putting in the level. Seriously, if you want to have tons of fun in LBP2, just mess around with a sackbot. The hardest part out of the all the logic for me was getting the level spawning to work. There is probably a much easier way to do it than what I set up.
I was going for an old workshop/forest theme, which i think turned out quite nicely. I tried to get creative with the scenery, using various sticker panel ideas throughout the whole level.

qnom - What can I say? This was a great platformer, top-notch in my book! the visuals were great, I love me a good spooky theme. The gameplay was awesome! haven't seen anyone use the light bulbs like that before. If you ask me, I would say; stop asking me questions and play this level!

Gryphon018 - Poor Bobby's house is a DEATHTRAP! It's no WONDER he wants you to turn on the lights for him! Electrical floors, spikes, crushing pillars WITH spikes! Someone really needs to get child services in this place! Great work as usual, Laroche!

Who are some of the creators you admire and why?
Minniska inspires me greatly by his mind boggling gameplay, and story lines to match!

Mnniska - http://lbp.me/u/Mnniska

Emily2345 inspires me because of her unique creating style, and her mastering of creating amazing characters.

Emily2345 - http://lbp.me/u/emily2345

Steve_big_guns inspires me out of sheer awe. He helps show me that anything can be done on LBP!

And levels you admire?
Oh boy, this is going to be very hard for me.. I love so many levels!

Mission ImPAWssible by Mnniska.
This level is amazing! The gameplay in this is just out of this world, and the unique checkpoint system just makes the level so great!

The second level is Blobby by Art-in-Heart.
This level changed my perspective on LBP2. I never knew that something like this could be done in a game! The detail/gameplay/storyline are all just.. out of this world!

Bearry Button's Mansion by Z1091990
This level is pure platforming genius! The colors and materials in this level are truly amazing! Gameplay is pretty unique and exciting! But, this level's story is what makes it truly amazing! The story makes this level what it is! Without the storyline this level would not be half as good!

Stickerix by Mnniska.
This level's originality is out of this world! Mnniska is truly a LBP genius! Every level he creates is outstanding! Level's like this are what keep me always guessing what the community will do next!

You own LBPK. can you tell us how creating differs from LBP2?
This differs greatly from the creating in LBP2, mostly because of the 3D. I think that the creating is set up in a very handy way. Once you get the basics down creating becomes a breeze. There is so much possibility in the create mode of LBPK! I feel like there will never be a limit to what you can create in there.

What is your favorite aspect of the game?
My favorite aspect of LBPK is most defiantly the use of the "race seat" which can turn any object into a fully functional vehicle! I find this has so many possibilities!

Do you have any future plans and projects?
I took a break from creating, so I am just barely starting to think of something to do, so I can't really say anything.

And finally, can you give us 3 tags which describe you as a creator?
I would have to say the three tags are, "Platformers" "Storyline" and "Good Visuals"
