I don't know if you've noticed but on LBPVita when you are underwater and you jump out you can hear sackboy making a gasping noise that has a distinct tone and pitch. I thought ti would be worth mentioning, I don't know if it's the same in LBP2 but it's definitely the case in the Vita game.

I noticed it too, yesterday, but I didn't think of him having a voice. :O That's what I thought. I thought it was really weird considering sackboy is supposed to be what you imagine.

I heard him gasping, and I thought; Hey cool, he gasps. But I didn't think any further. I always imagined that sackboy has no voice, but he can communicate trough his gestures. Offcourse, we always have magic mouth's.

yeah, he gasps in LBP2 aswell, i hadnt noticed it in the vita yet though, its kinda cute

I always thought that before he explodes in the "retry" option in the popit, he hums (panifully) while losing breath. I dunno, just me maybe.

He makes a noise like 'Hrrrrrmmmmm!' like he's trying really hard. Also, if you let go of the 'Try Again' button before he pops, Sackboy exhales sharply, like he was holding his breath to 'Try Again'.

That's what I thought. I thought it was really weird considering sackboy is supposed to be what you imagine. well at first manage you just imagined the noise then with the power of lbp it became real EDIT: well think of it this way is sackboy/sackgirl/sackthing..... if sack people can drown then they must breath something so when just before they drown they would take a deep breath and make a gasping noise.
