Larger Breadcrumbs & Race Respawns

| The scaling of breadcrumbs is okay, but I think it would be better if they could be scaled larger for larger areas that aren't road. It would allow for more shortcuts and would save breadcrumbs from reaching their limit on any given track. Also, race respawn points would be nice because it would let creators have more control over where racers respawn on their tracks.
