Score Giver won't give individual points

| I'm trying to give individual points whenever a tag sensor is tripped. I can't get it working when its set to "Scorer: Just You". It works fine if its set to "Scorer: All". Its very frustrating. The scoreboard is set to This game seems extremely buggy as to how and when the logic works. I can't be doing anything wrong. The setting should work. Can someone else test this to see if it does the same for them? I have the soccer ball with a blue tag labeled Blue. The tag sensor is set to trigger when this tag is in its radius. The Score Giver's Input Action is set to Every Second, even though the problem occurs no matter what this is set to.
