Little Big Planet Creator's Group

Well, I made this group for another website, and it got a lot of attention, so I figured I might as well bring it here, even though they already have things like this. Original post from the other site:

Well, I will be the first to start a group of a couple people to play Little Big Planet with me. Whether it be Level Creator or whatever else, we can do it.

I will handpick you from this thread.

You must have a microphone.

You must have a good sense of creativity.

You must have a flexible schedule so whenever we schedule something you can join (there will be alternates).

All levels created must be and remain free.

Thats about it. I will pick people from here, and we can have a group that we play together as regularly.

ALRIGHT! I made the IRC. I recommend doing....

1. Download http://www.xchat.org/
2. Set your nickname with /nick -----
3. Type /server irc.rizon.net
4. Type /join #LBPCreatorsGroup
5. If you want, you can register your nickname by saying /msg nickserv register password I believe, or something like that...that way it stays consistent.
6. Need more help, after you type /server irc.rizon.net , type /join #help for their Help channel.

So, it has grown a bit with much interest, and I figured I will open it to people here. We already have our own forums and site setup. Just need more members now!

We are just an avid group of people who can't wait for Little Big Planet. We all work together in groups of 4 making and designing plans for levels, and will set times to work together, etc. etc. Just a fun community of people wanting to get together and play LBP together. You should organize it a bit differently when the game comes out, and you learn everyones strengths and weaknesses. (ex. one guy could be really good at working with the physics engine, while another guy could be good at making things look nice, therefore, logically, those to would make a great team)		2008-08-17 02:14:00

Make levels together with your groups, discuss ideas there, upload the levels for your group, get to know people, get huge in the LBP scene, get famous, get.....okay, dreaming now, but you get my point. 		2008-08-17 05:22:00

You can meet up with people if you want, but the groups are specified so we can make levels together at certain times and share ideas between just each other, and also so that we can compete.		2008-08-17 05:41:00

The idea of this forum is for people who are going to get LBP planet to come and talk and discuss ideas openly. This is for teams to get together and create by themselves so we can have competitions and stuff like that.		2008-08-21 15:07:00

Not a big deal to me cartman but if my signature was stripped due to advertisement than why isn't this thread and his signature? His is a website also, so we should be fair on this. Can you explain please, if I knew I wouldn't have had it but I thought it was a cool signature, and was going to have it until code finished mine.

woah dudes, whats with the beef, this is LBP man possibly the most exciting and most anticipated game ever lol.
Seems i was quite late for this party, but i think this group creater idea of your is sweet. not only playing the levels requires team work but building them is no solo mission not matter how smart you are.
