I see the connection between MM and Central but it's out of doubt that MM moved away from LBP. So...I found a bit out of place to see in the Official News section that "Amy went to a Jam", that "someone saw an egg" and to discover what's inside a fridge. Mind you, it's nice stuff, but the problem is that in that place they draw attention away from the projects made by those that are active in the Community. Maybe it's the fact that I don't see much stuff in that stuff, I blame cultural differences for that but...what I think is that maybe they deserve a little less invasive spot. Dunno-

I really don't think it matters. Chances are there'll be a Tearaway section even though it isn't part of LBP. The devs and this site have been pretty close, so it seems unnecessary to be honest.

I don't feel it was so bad. I give it a grain of salt since they indeed were the ones that created LBP. No matter who does what version now, they were the ones that launched it all. At least this article was interesting and actually read it. The weekly cooking, egg or fridge stuff was a bit silly and I didn't really give it much of a glance, but I suppose since they are in super secret mode and cannot share anything about their new project. I guess this is all we can hope for till such time as we get a nibble of "the good stuff". Hopefully the next stuff is at least on par with this new article. Though if they had me giving suggestions, you would see a full length article studying Johnee's head and experiment on different ways to use that in smashing a watermelon, with full data, charts and graphs!!

I don't mind seeing the news updates, but it would be nice to move it away from the 'official' section now, seeing as very little, if any, of the posts will ever actually be lbp-related. I love reading about tom's egg etc... but yeah, it takes up space which could be used for more valuable information IMHO. Glad to hear it's on the to do list

I mean, it's not the overall quality of the stuff, it's just that in that position it takes attention away from other stuff like podcasts, spotlights, LibiTs, contests. That's my only concern

I feel the same way and a bit more cynical than that with it. JDUBS, JUDGE THE ****** CONTEST! Sorry, that just slips out every now and then. IF it weren't a Spaff bot posting it, it may be a little different. It doesn't feel personal anymore. There's that definite separation, even from StevenI, who frequents the site. Does he post anywhere, or comment on things outside of PM's and private forums? No. Not very often, but I understand he is a busy guy. Just feel a whole disconnect with MM.
