Movie Cameras/Sequencers/Track Introductions

Archive: 4 posts

Hey everyone, I am trying to setup a sequencer with movie cameras on it, as I would in LittleBigPlanet 2. In the past I would overlap the two cameras and change the transition type to soft pan and it would slowly pan from one camera to the other. In LittleBigPlanet Karting, it doesn't seem to allow you to expand the movie cameras on the sequencer, like you can in LittleBigPlanet 2. There is also no option for key frames.

How exactly do I transition from on camera to the next?

I posted this reply on Planetarium but figured I would copy it here in case someone here is struggling with this :-)

I used batteries in a sequencer and wired them to a camera outside the sequencer. Stretching a battery in a sequencer isn't very intuitive in my opinion. What you need to do is hover your cursor over the battery that you want to extend and then press right on the d-pad. Do no actually select the battery or it will not allow you to extend it. You need to just hover over it.

You have to do both of these. You can extend extend the camera on a sequencer by doing what the Amazingflyingpoo said above about the battery. Just hover the cursor over it and hit left or right on the d pad to lengthin or shorten it. Then you just over lap them like you would in lbp 2. This is how I did my cameras in my intro for The Drift King Competition.2012-11-26 06:40:00

Awesome, this worked. Haha not sure why I didn't try that after I saw you could do it with a battery. Thanks guys!
