I'm sure as many of you have experienced, you can meet the requirements for one of the Karting trophies yet they still don't unlock. I've looked at the LBPK trophy guide but they didn't have much advice. So for all of you trying to get the platinum trophy, do you have trouble unlocking some of them? I can't be the only one. Here's the trophies that I haven't gotten but should have. Active Recommendation- Complete a level a friend has written a review for (I completed several levels friends have reviewed) Online Sampler- Complete 25 community levels (I've played well over 40 community levels) Crowd Pleaser- Publish a level and have 10 different players complete the level (My level got 10 plays yesterday and nothing popped up) Online Champ- Place 1st in 25 different online levels with other human players (I have won well over 100 online races!) If any of you are struggling with other trophies, feel free to add them to the list. I just hope UFG is aware and working on this. I know trophies aren't what make a game, but they should at least function properly.

I haven't had any problem with this but one thing you might need to do is try deleting the game data then reinstall. If that doesn't work then sasly you migt have to erase everything and start over. Hopefully you won't have to do this and someone else knows a way

I have tried to get a few trophies and it seems that they just won't pop. I'll try to check on my PS3 when I get home on Sunday and figure out which ones I am missing trophies which I know I have earned. It might be helpful to figure out what a number of us have experienced issues with and then we can submit that issue to UFG so they know that more than one person has had the issue. I am pretty confident that they can patch the game and fix the trophy issue once they know about it. I would highly encourage people not to get worked up about it and attack UFG since that won't help anyone :-) Great thread!

Well I'll ask you the same question since you seem to be having issues like me- which PS3 model do you have? Also... is there any way Steven can report this to the team? It'd be nice knowing they're working on it.

I have a very old 80 gig Ps3 As for contacting StevenI, I don't think that is who you want to contact about LBpK issues. Michael Buffalo (Confused Cartman) is the LBPK community manager. It would probably be best to see if there are a bunch of people who are experiencing the issue, and then we can have someone try to contact him.

I have the old ps3 not sure what size off the top of my head. But I haven't tried getting the online champ or the active recommendation trophy either. So I might have trouble with them yet

Well Story Star hasn't popped for me. Firstly I didn't realize that buying the game version with the DLC opened up all the prize bubbles from Space Bass onwards, so part of the challenge was gone. I then thought I may as well switch to easy mode to star all the levels and get all available prize bubbles, which I did, and my game complete is at 100%. I don't know if switching difficulties mid way into the game is the reason the trophy didn't pop, or because I have the added DLC version of the game, or a combination of the both. I doubt what version of a PS3 will have any baring on trophies not popping, what version of the system software might though.

I honestly don't think system software or system type has any effect. I also got mine preordered from GameStop and had all the spacebass levels finished at 100. But I never switched my difficulty settings. If I had to pick I'd say either that or just a plain glitch is your problem.

I think the "win 25 online races" one is funny. I visit LBPK.me every once in awhile to check on my progress, and the wins increase even if I haven't raced since the last time I checked. Maybe it's just really slow calculating your wins. Like...reeeally slow.

I have an old fat 80gb console, no backward compatibility. I've not had problems with trophies - I'm missing 6 trophies: 100% complete - platinum Get Gathering - host a playgroup with three other players in your pod (how do you do this?) Online Champ - place 1st in 25 different online levels with other human players Dive In! - dive into 25 community levels and complete those levels Building the Imagisphere - spend 24 active hours in Create mode The Adventures Continue - complete 100 community levels

Hey guys, just a quick update. I got Online Sampler and Active Recommendation by simply clicking 'Play Online' instead of 'Play On My Own'. It registers the plays! Granted it takes awhile for the trophy to pop up, but it works. You just have to sit through the 60 second counter which may be boring. Still not sure how to get Online Champ, I've won so many races. But I've heard that it works if you have a friend in your pod, play a level online with them, and win 25 times. Apparently it doesn't work when you play strangers in an ongoing tournament. Worth a try right? Also Crowd Pleaser popped up out of no where. Some of the trophies are REALLY random.

Just got the platinum today! The key is to always click 'Play Online' no matter what. So glad to have this over with.

I know that the trophies on lbp2 that involved publishing a level were glitched...if you published it from a sub-crater on your moon, it wouldn't work. You had to publish it from an individual crater. Could it have the same glitch here?
