Happy Thanksgiving!

Archive: 14 posts

To all my friends in the US celebrating this fine festival of thanks, family, friends and usually way too much food, I wish you the very best Thanksgiving ever! Hope you keep safe and are able to enjoy the day!!

We are having some family up to our house this year and have a ton of food being prepared in the morning, including a huge turkey. This is a first for us as we usually always travel somewhere taking everything we made. This time we just get to wake up and be invaded!! lol

I figure if it gets too bad, I can lock myself in the office and play BF3 and F1 2012 racing, as well as watch a bit of tv and listen to the stereo.

Happy Thanksgiving!

So what is everyone else up to on Thanksgiving?

Well if you're playing games, watching TV, and listening to the stereo, who's doing the cooking?

UH OH!! I've been caught! lol

Well.. I can try to do the cooking, but I doubt it would be nearly as good if at all eatable!!

Ok.. maybe I won't hide until after we all eat.

From those of us in foreign lands today, I say to my fellow Americans, EAT EXTRA TURKEY FOR ME!

I managed to find some Turkey here and will be doing a very small version of Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Really makes me appreciate all those years of family holidays now that I can't be there. Guess you could say I'm thankful for those memories today.

Happy Turkey Day everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to our American cousins!

Eat well (but not too well), have a good time and try to avoid any awkward family situations!

It's not an LBPC Holiday thread if it doesn't involve Macnme breaking down the true meaning of the holiday in his own pessimistic views. 2012-11-22 14:25:00
