Seems quite, how you say... dark? I suppose they're not nooses, nor is it graphic enough to say for certain that they're "dead", but I think you may be blurring the line a little. As long as you don't go too much further into the mature subject matter, you're probably fine... but a subject matter warning in your level description couldn't hurt either.

You may have the advantage of a more tolerant community on the Vita, comprising a larger ratio of adult players who have invested in a whole new device and a new iteration of a game and aren't so quick to slap the "grief" button on their or someone else's behalf. I say go for it. Publish those adorable cadavers!

having said all this i have seen levels with much less graphic scenes in them be taken down from the LBP2 servers despite having warnings about how scary they were (see "Afraid" by spidermaguire) so i think it really depends on the community and how they react to your level. i think arbiekko makes a valid point that the vita community, so far, seems to be more mature, and therefore more open to content which perhaps would have upset the younger players of LBP2
