Looping path followers

| Hi everyone. I've been messing with the path followers a little and figured out a couple things. One thing you can do is have it follow on a loop. Meaning once it hits the end it doesn't just go backwards or sit there. Now most of you probaly already figured this out on your own lol. All you have to do is make your path then place your path follower to it. Then connect the cable to whatever item you want. Then go to the tweak menu for the path follower and go to the bottom and set the flipper to in. This will move it forward and once it hits the end reset to the begging. If you set the flipper to out it goes in reverse then jumps back to the begging. Real simple I know lol. Like I said most of you probably already know this but it was a big find for me. What you want to do is have the end note right where the start node is. Then, once you set it to flipper like Dfw stated, when the object reaches the end of the path it will appear at the start of the path and begin moving again which will make it appear like it keeps moving along the path :-) Good post! | Glad I came across this. I was in the process of fiddling with this tool and could not figure out how to make it loop. Saved me a lot of time experimenting. Was going to resort to using emitters magnets and and the path tool, just to make a train or whatever. I fingered the flipper was a really fast action function.
