Actually, when I save a costume, it goes into some random place. I found out that it's automatically changing to "Theme" and when I switch it back to "Newest" all of the tools slip in with the costumes. So, all my tools aren't in the "Tools" section anymore. But, when I go to another level, all my costumes are back into "Theme" again. Do you get what i'm saying? It's hard to explain.

They are referring to the different listing options you can sort your popit by. Press square on an open object, then more info, you should find stuff like Sort by... newest, theme, and... the default one, category I think.

I want my costumes sorted by "Newest" PS. If I ever get online and download a patch, would I have to delete my save data for the patch to work? Or would it start working right away?

Your save data should be fine, and most of the things you have been doing should stay the same. Sometimes the glitches or bugs change though. Take the cow glitch, for example. If you have never updtated you can do this, but if you update then they have stopped this, either intentionally or otherwise. Things that have been done using the cow glitch will still work, but you can no longer cause the glitch. There are quite a few bugs running around right now in the current updated patch though, and the majority of them are not good. Most people would suggest not updating until the next major patch comes out which should hopefully address a lot of these problems. It's not all bad and horrible though. If you update and get the latest MGS add on, you can have access to stuff like the paintinator and a single layer search light. Plus by being online you can publish your own levels and play other people's works. So it's not a completely bad thing to do.
