Sackbot logic - Collect and deliver

Hello!! i have a major problem that i cant seem to fix!
in my arena level i have AI players who must collect objects by simply driving into them (kinda like prize bubbles) and when they recieve enough they must ignore everything else and drive to a specific spot on the map and stop EXACTLY at that spot (there is no room for error)
can anyone suggest any ways to do this? i have tried battle brains set to "go to target" and given the target spot a tag for them to head to, but they still are miles away from the tag when they believe they are right on top of it!! (even on a flat surface with no obstacles!)
I have even tried tag detectors that tell the driver to slow down when around the tag so they don't speed past it but that does not work either!!

HELP!!

In beta, I found that AI only function properly in a published level. I had made a track and set up AI to follow a path at a certain point, when I did play mode on my moon they would all start driving the wrong way and get respawned. Once I published and played online, they behaved perfectly.
If you haven't already, try publishing the level with the battle brains as they are and see if it's any better when you play online.
