| Actually, I have seen a few examples. Albeit, it was some scientist dudes standing outdoors, holding a body-sized rectangle where it matched the area behind it, and there were shots alternating between, "Hey, here's my head and arm, and here's this big rectangle I'm holding in front of me that happens to be disguised as the ground behind me. And my feet. Whoops." and "Here's a screen in the middle of nowhere, which happens to match the area behind it." Then there was another where someone did something involving using the inside of a cheap rain parka and a projector. Which was pretty lame.
