Abridging is, basically, shortening videos, usually anime, into a short and funny format. But don't take it from me, let Yami and Yugi describe it and its history: WARNING: SOME JOKES MAY BE PG-13. If you can only watch one, watch this. It's perfected the art of abridging. Unfortunately, episode 1 is off of youtube, so I just liked to the official site where you can find episode uno. [link removed for language] One of my favorites, Pokemon Abridged! Er, I mean Pokemon Bridged. It's totally different. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70OT3UZbhHs And now, for the genius purpleeyes, who has crafted a sense of humor so inane it actually makes sense. Except not really. First up is his main series, based off one of my favorite series ever, Code Geass, titled Code Ment (and no, I do not know what that means): [video removed for language] And his other work, based off One Piece... None Piece! [video removed for language] And from LittleKuriboh, the creator of Yugioh Abridged and the godfather of the Abridged movement, comes Naruto: The Abridged Comedy Fandub Spoof Series Show. It's actually a parody of someone else's Naruto Abridged, making it a fanbased parody of a fan based parody. [video removed for language] So... anyone else really into the art of Abridging? Some of the stuff is just gold. And I wanted to share it with you. With all of you. :kz: Also, obviously only linked to the first episodes, and only of my favorites. And Yugioh Abridged. Anyway, there's a lot of stuff there to watch, and not just the episodes. They all have side videos which are worth watching, and a lot of them also did some movies. Dragonball Z Abridged totally did a ton of those. Anyway, wanted to share and see if anyone else loved this stuff, so... heya.

Surprised you didn't put the first episode of DBZ Abridged in your list of videos with how prominent it is in the genre.

Surprised you didn't put the first episode of DBZ Abridged in your list of videos with how prominent it is in the genre. As I said, it isn't on youtube but I linked to the site where they could find it. Err... at least, I did before it was removed for bypassing the language filter. /shrugs. If anyone is interested it wouldn't take that much effort to find them, lol

Honestly, DBZ Abridged is the only abridged series I legitimately find hilarious. It's ten times more well written than it has any right to be. You can find all of them on teamfourstar.com. It starts off kinda dumb but it gets going around episode three and never stops being hilarious.

Also a fan of this stuff. I agree tfs is still going strong. I'm actually still hold the slim hope that lanipator will do another yuyuhakusho episode. But seriously, the quality on these things have gotten ridiculously high over the past few years.

Also, you should all check out Hellsing Abridged. There are only three episodes, but they're all hilarious (and very graphic).
