| Wait! Don't leave the thread just yet! With the new, broader scope that LBPV presented for making levels, I knew I had to make something big, something ambitious, something... weird. The aim of this project is to make a huge, sprawling game world with many hidden effects to collect, which each modify the player character in some way. The aim of the player, of course, is to gather all the effects, and maybe, possibly, unravel the mysteries surrounding you. With this in mind, the areas that you travel to will (hopefully) be sufficiently unnerving, relying on sound effects and visuals rather than cheap jump scares. Jump scares are very silly. Well, with that disjointed explanation out of the way, I hope your interest has been suitably piqued for my lil' project. Keep tabs on this thread for more updates, if you so wish. | Hey there, if you need any beta testers, I'd be glad to help out. We can always join up in create mode first and just hang so you can get a better sense of who I am. But your project sounds really neat, and like some we thing I'd love to see get published. (And the game it's a homage too isn't portal, is it? Or is it? I don't think so, but I could see how it would be.) I dunno. You can just respond to me on here though. Or with a pm. Or on the psn. | Just curious, why did you name it Cube Watching Simulator? Unless thats a reference or part of the homage it just seems a bit misleading. Then again I'm not trying to sit here and judge your level without even had played it. I just expect a silly arcade game, but is it a platformer as sackboy?
