What is your first LBP Memory?

The memory of when my cousin (modman450) introduced me to the game. Before that, I had heard of stories about "Littlebigplanet" but hardly ever played the PS3 up until that point. The futuristic gameplay astonished me greatly and the flow of the game was perfect.

What was it that first hooked you about LBP?

Let's put it this way, I bought the game one day after he showed it to me and had a level published, despite it being crude as I view it now, a few days after that. I believe it was a building block to establishing what I can create now. The true thing that intrigued me most about the game was creating things and creatures out of imagination and a bit of cardboard.

Can you tell us about the first level you ever made?

It was called something like Tiger 1.0 and was revised to shock endurance. The level began by going through a maze with a jetpack while not hitting walls and opening gates made of dissolving material. Then falling into a gate to start the time trial. The time trial began with a dissolve tank shooting and a creature portal following you. Later you would use sponge ropes to cross a canal and end the level by using spinning sponges from which I got the idea from the story levels. The update for the level featured a "Big glasses and nose" style on every portal.

How have you improved as a creator since then?

Immensely. With the introduction of some of my older friends (Assassinator RFC and dragonember/embernova) to corner editor and level logic in LBP1, I began to use these tools to create better levels. When the day came that LBP2 was released, I was ecstatic. The logic clicked to me almost immediately and I began to make the first accurate, yet crude versions of the Sackbots I use today.

What is your best moment in LBP so far?

The moment was when I finished my level "Arcatrex Mines" in Littlebigplanet 1 then posted it on LBPC for reviews. This day, I became bound to this site for all the advice and good reviews I had received. This was also the day Sabre_ commented on my music choice.

If you Could change one thing about LBP what would it be?

It's kind of hard to mention something here that doesn't involve glitches but I would change the 'pod' specs in the sense of space. I know when they made LBP2, they also made the pod a bit bigger and fixed the screen out a bit, but what if they developed rooms for the pod? It would greatly influence the social aspect of the game!

What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses as a creator?

Sabre can witness that even though I may be a strict logic creator, I have a bit of a level planning issue. Detail I'm somewhat neutral on.

If you could improve one aspect of your creating what would it be?

Level planning and possibly some style other than futuristic but I'm working on that!

Your influences and inspirations?

My drive to create always something better than my last and to improve upon what is already great to me. Even though I may express low self-esteem issues towards my work, they do impress me sometimes. Plays also help with this drive. Also another main inspiration is all the Ghost Creators members' advice and examples that I observe and learn from.

As a group, what do the Ghost Creators mean to you?

It means a community and a family that helps each other out with levels and provides excellent feedback about these levels. The Ghost Creators is based on that and helping lesser known creators with excellent skills, become recognised for their brilliance and creativity.

Tell us about some of your levels?

SackMate: The Red X- (http://lbp.me/v/9d4123)

I currently have a mini-game out called SackMate (the name has been revised to SackMate: The Red X).
In this mini-game, you start by controlling two sackbots and guiding them to 2 out of 5 slots. When the player is ready, O is pressed and the walking space is pushed out to prevent sackbots from cheating. The red X starts on a randomised cycle and when it stops, the sackbot(s) in that slot will be (pardon the expression) "toasted."The game is over when only one sackbot remains, this bot gets a fancy cam close up!
The idea behind this is to see if it is really possible to make two-process action mini-games--as I call them anyway. These kinds of mini-games might improve the coordination of both the R3 and L3 analog sticks. This and it's fun for some people to see sackbots get fried for the goodness of science-even if I don't side with them!

Asteroids- (http://lbp.me/v/d0ss05)

See now this level was a marvel to make! Me and my dad had been contemplating on this for over 2 weeks and decided to make it just like the original. See, as in the original, the ship disappear off side of the screen and pops out of the other side parallel to it. Unfortunately though, before I discovered tag signing, I was unable to make the rocks do the same as well. But I hope that I've captured the old arcade game's greatness!
The idea was simple, pull off a level as close as possible to the original.
--we will include photos / links / videos etc--

Can you tell us about some of the creators you admire?

Definitely Comphermc. I loved the way he orchestrated Roller Inc. 1 and 2! I've gotten so mad yet it's so addicting! This level definitely made him up in line for the Sackies award.

I have also become fond of MuddledMuppet's works in the cinematic voice acts and plays he makes. The level about the pirate leaving his love and going on a voyage, taught me about making videos.

Any levels that you particularly admire?
Roller Inc. - http://lbp.me/v/s-7pqx
Roller Inc. 2 - http://lbp.me/v/4e6x4t
The excellent style that was expressed in these futuristic-themed levels complemented the superb gameplay. It has played a role model for some of my level ideas.

Yes, I'm a Comphermc fan!

Do you have any future plans and projects?

I have a pirate ship death-match level that I've recently decided to call "Sink Em'". I hope that my new system of tag signing will make this level a classic in the future. I'm currently 80% finished with it and am putting the final touches and pull out all the stops! I hope to be finished with it in a few weeks or so.

Finally, can you give us 3 tags which describe you as a creator?

Artistic-Because I like futuristic and old colonial styles as demonstrated in my upcoming levels. I also find that I can do Eve's Asylum styles very well.

Controllinator- I know this is a level tag but I use ALOT of controllinators.

Funny - I hope to get a laugh out of you as demonstrated in SackMate!

Smudge - "Ghost Creators" is the name for this group of people on LBP - I think Sabre explains why he chose the name in the last interview?
