What is up with all of these constant weather reports?

Everyone South of the border complaining about the cold needs to come spend a winter in Canada to learn the true definiton of the word lol. Anyway, I have it easy here in Japan, about 7 degrees celsius. I am a proud Canadian but man I don't miss our winters 2009-01-20 12:29:00

no cold down under. It got to 40 degrees celcius at midday before the cool change came at 3pm where it dropped to 24. Two hours later it was right back in the 30s though. <<sunburnt cheeks2009-01-20 12:38:00

I spent my early years in Thunder Bay, Ontario, now that place can get COLD!! We moved to BC from year 6 until I was 24 and that was a bit milder but still bloody cold.

Brisbane was a lovely 30 Celsius today and it's about 25C right now at 10:41PM I think our coldest day was probably around 19C last winter

Cheers QuozL

Thunder Bay!? Yeah, that's cold lol. You have definitely earned your stripes. BC is a lot milder and this talk of 30 Celsius in Brisbane is really making me jealous, please stop

I agree. Here in Quebec, it is FREEZING. By the time I get to school in the morning, I can't feel my ears, fingers or toes, because I have to walk. Today isn't too bad. But sometimes it is around -25C!

I don't know the definition of heat. (See what I did there?)

No but seriously, this is the first year in a while that it's gotten this cold in California... The weather is, changing every hour literally...

For example, yesterday. I went outside to a party with a few friends, clear open skies, an hour later, it starts POURING, an hour later, clear skies, and hour later drizzle, then pouring, back to drizzle, then now it's clear skies once again.

Stupid California and it's mood changes...
