I can't seem to find how to change my colour preference as in the previous LBPs on the last page of the costume selection... Where is it located?

I'm quite disappointed at this point with the overall result... I don't have that sense of satisfaction as I had when I played LBP2 or LBP Vita! Even the graphics in the popit disappoint me... I enjoy the game so far but I guess I was expecting more!
