XD Sorry, I don't remember where it is either. I don't think anyone knows these things off of the tops of their heads. Only thing that I can suggest is to go for all of the items in the game. I mean, why wouldn't you want them all? XD Oh yeah, and technically, there's no superhero cape. There's the Roman Cape (that's the one you're thinking of) and that shorter black cape (I don't remember what it's called).

Lowrider: black and red cape, Meerkat Kingdom: red cape. I'm not 100% sure about Meerkat Kingdom, but it's definitely in one of the Savannah levels.

meerkat is the roman cape, which is a cape that sort of drapes behind you, the superhero cape fly's like its blowing in the wind (and its shorter)
