They said the Paint tool from the Move Pack was going to be in LBP Vita, but where is it? Have they not put it in yet? I'm stoked to draw with my finger instead of drawing in the air with a Ps Move! Is it not implemented yet or am I missing it?

Unfortunately, there is no paint tool in the game. You can get good effects by layering sticker panel, but it isn't a paint tool
