I had something similar happen. Going from create to play I would be prompted to save changes (and I could play the most recent version of my level). But the save option from inside create mode didn?t do anything. When I quit LBPV (as I invariably have to do every 15 minutes) and went back to the level all my recent edits had gone bye bye. Fortunately because I noticed the save button acting squirrelly I didn?t make too many changes. Really looking forward to a patch to fix this stuff?

Did you wait for the black icon to stop spinning? I always wait for the save icon to go away before exiting the game. Believe me, this bug fest gets handled with kid gloves.

yeah i accidentally exited create whilst it was still saving, since im used to almost instantaneous saves on LBP2. i lost loads of work and now im super careful about waiting for the icon to disappear. i also like to save every five minutes or so, even if i havent made major changes, just cos i have heard lots of complaints about lost work.

This has happened to me at least three times. I have become somewhat paranoid about it at this point. It also did not save any photos, any community photos, or my pod.

That's really weird then O_o I haven't had that happen as long as I'm extra careful. I just sometimes forget to handle with care.
