What is scary planet?
scary planet is a scary story project I am writing. The idea is to see if It is possible to create fear and become scared in parts of the levels. Each level will more then likely be around 5 - 15 minutes long.

Scary Planet chapter 1: Intro
Preferably 1 player
The idea of this is that instead of walking endlessly in a level getting to the other side. You got to trigger something of to make something in the storyline happen. It will all become clear to you when you play the start of the level when your in the house.

SCARY PLANET CHAPTER 2 IS DOWN
My ps3 has recently blue screened and therethore I have not been able to edit it and make it look more decorative and add effects and stop it from glitches because some of the packs where not owned by me and I used them therethore will not let me edit. But when i get the packs again I will make both levels better.
Scary planet chapter 2: Jez's bad factory
This is fairly short and is not creepy at all, But this has a awesome ending. rather then basing this level on story line I was kind of testing My ideas and skills. You will also realize in this level the song thats being played is a song I written but re written on little big planet (Bizkit Boii - I like bacon in my cereal) which you can find on here: http://soundcloud.com/bizkitboii

Will there be more scary planet levels?
This is up to you, do you want me to keep making scary planet levels? Scary planet will be based on a scary storyline, I will only be making more levels if people play these levels because otherwise it will feel days of creation for no big deal.

Can I put a idea across or join your project for these levels?
yes that's fine with me. Your ideas and opinions are important to me

Your intro level was really creepy and had a very convincing eerie atmosphere, especially that baby crying... Also, the lightning is masterfully handled. Unfortunately, I did find it a little difficult to find out where to go and in what order. You might be able to use more dramatic lighting to "guide" the player. Also, the camera work when guiding/throwing the projectiles towards the end made me a little sick. I would consider making the transition smoother. Overall, I liked this level.

On the second level I didn't know where to put the green squares when my character was attached to a jet pack. I did eventually figure it out (I am a bit slow), but in the process I broke one of the blocks and couldn't progress. So I restarted the level, but then it continually glitched on me (I'd fall into the fire right from the start). Some things that I noticed were that again you did some really neat things with the lighting and light boxes, but I found the overall presentation a little lacking. I think the level needs a few more stickers and decorations. Unfortunately, I did not make it to the end.

hey there thanks for letting me know I really appreciate your feedback. I will stop the camera it seemed like a good ideaat the time but it was the total opposite

and i must admit the second level looks a bit bland. as I get spare time I will make more decorations with it. and Im confused how there was a problem with the green keys. I'm pretty sure I sorted that out I don't quite understand why the just dissapear randomly It works when I play it. However I will have a look and fix this issue

The green keys didn't disappear on me. I was a little slow and didn't know where to move them to, so I moved them to the locked door. Once I figured out the puzzle I was bringing a key through the rotating device and it got caught between the device and the wall and broke. Without the key, I could no longer solve the puzzle. I know I was being stupid, but chances are other people will make the same mistake.

A quick fix would be to use the material tweaker and make the keys indestructible, or you could attach the keys to that region of the level with a string so that users can't bring them all the way to the locked door. You could also use an emitter for the keys, I suppose.
