Not at the moment. You do get some avatars for free and LBP2 but that is all I can think of. I doubt the costumes will ever get discounts from PS+ but that's just me. | 2012-10-21 22:56:00 Author: koltonaugust Posts: 1382 |
From my experience, All I have seen PS-plus offer anything LBP2 related is the game itself for free. | 2012-10-21 23:14:00 Author: Unknown User |
its not as though it will never happen. who knows what the future holds for PS+ | 2012-10-22 10:08:00 Author: Unknown User |
Discounts are normally x% off a new release or an additional x% off an already reduced price in a sale. Some games that have been part of the instant game collection have had their DLC at 50% off for 2 weeks exclusivly for PS + users but I don't think and sale on LBP DLC has had a ps + discount. | 2012-10-22 12:17:00 Author: Rabid-Coot Posts: 6728 |
I remember I joined PS Plus way back in the beginning partly because of a discount on the ICO pack, but I haven't seen anything since. There was a summer sale, but that was open to everybody. You could keep an eye on the Playstation blog or the PS Plus section on the store to see if anything LBP related is released, and join then. I was only subscribed for a year, so I don't have any experience with the new rotation, but I'll offer my opinion anyway. PS Plus lets you play and try out a lot of different games (and rack up trophies if you're into that), if you have enough free time to give them all a shot (OCD warning: the 1% on hour trial games really waters down your pretty trophy list). But in my experience chances are pretty slim to see a discount that you want, and worse than that, every time you buy something, you'll worry it'll be discounted or free with next month's PS Plus. Also, not having to swap disc for LBP is pretty sweet. But the free LBP2 you get now, that's only for as long as you keep your PS Plus subscription, right? | 2012-10-22 21:48:00 Author: Rogar Posts: 2284 |
