Okay this is starting to annoy me alot, almost every time I go in create mode, the sound works fine, but after 10 - 15 min. it suddenly says some kind of ''Click'' sound and the ALL sound is just gone, and I have to re-start the game to get the sound back, have anyone else experienced this and / or have a solution ?

I only have that happen to me when I delete a glitched object/matrerial. Solution-I don't delete those objects/materials anymore.

Are you playing music recorded with a ps eye in create mode? Alot of times with me, ps eye music has made all my sound glitch away like that. That is so annoying. One time I deleted some logic from a chip and my sound went away. Sometimes the sound will slowly come back after a few minutes. If not, then restart the game.

Ugh yes this annoyance is unbearable. Used to happen alot for me aswell. No idea what caused it. No idea what made it stop. Supposedly Mm patched it long ago?
