In/Out Movers not working properly

Second Help thread in a few weeks.. New record for me

Anyways, I have a shark made out of Sticker Panel, with probably 10 different pieces glued together to make it. I have an invisible square of Sticker Panel glued to its tail, that has a piston connected to it. The piston then goes straight down to another piece of sticker panel that is static. Also, I have spikes glued to the back of the sticker panel.

The piston works fine, but in my level, when the sharks aren't active, they are positioned in the back layer. When I want them active, they need to be in the very front layer. I have a perfect set up of logic that SHOULD work, but the sharks don't move layers at all! I have a microchip with the In/Out movers on both the static sticker panel, and the shark itself.. I have quadruple checked all the inputs and outputs, and everything seems to be working.. What am I missing?

Pistons are part of the rigid body that has to move in and out when using the in/out mover. Since you made it static, it will not move between layers. The solution is to make the sticker panel piece dynamic again, but put an antigravity tweaker on it set to 100% dampening. This will essentially make it static, but will allow in/out movements. Static material is the only thing that can stop in/out movements.

Also, I hope this shark is not part of any sort of survival.

I've already tried this, didn't work.

And, yes it IS part of a survival, but it is not a shark survival XD .. You will see when I'm finished
