Strange numbers with timers on speed scale

| Hey guys, Have been playing with timers set to speed lately for use as an HP meter as many of you have probably seen in Comphermc's video 2-torial. Well I've noticed some strange numbers appearing when you use certain settings. Setup: Take a timer and set it to speed scale. Take a tag sensor (or some other sensor) and wire it into the input of the timer. Wire timer output into a note set to signal strength. First let's start with what works like you'd expect: set target time of timer to 10 seconds and as you change the current time to 1, 2, 3, ----> 10 seconds you get 10%, 20%, 30% --> like you would expect. same goes for target time 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4. For instance 0.2 target time 0.1 current time gets you 50% 0.4 target time 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 current time gets you 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Now its when you play with 0.5 and above that things get strange. Target time 0.5 You would expect things to go up by 20% each time, but what you actually get (or at least what I am getting) are: 0.1 = 21%, 0.2 = 43%, 0.3 = 64%, 0.4 = 86% 0.5 = 100%. these numbers happen from here on out target time 1 second 0.2 = 21%, 0.5 = 48%, 0.8 = 83% and other weird readouts. Not sure this is a bug or some other unknow feature of the game that I just don't get (god forbid it's just me  ).
