Outbreak: Twisted Corridors is a survival horror level centered around limited health and ammo, tough enemies, and winding corridors that are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. During the game, you take on the role of a survivor of virus outbreak on a spacecraft far from any salvation. The player and enemies, instead of typical sackbots, are character models made entirely of decorations. The environment consists of many long, dark hallways and small rooms, giving a claustrophobic atmosphere tinge ship. Some areas retain a measure of auxiliary power, but many are pitch black.
