oh, this is a great level ya'll, I played this months ago when he first published it, what an amazing level, now I'm sure its much more improved, I tell everyone to try it, even if you're not a Zelda/Nintendo Fan, try this level out, it has an original story, the boss is a bit tough though, but its still a swell game 2012-10-11 18:52:00

This looks epic! This really looks like a great example of what LBP can do, by "recreating" a game adding everybody's personal twist of what they think it could be better in that game. Sad thing it won't be considered for an MM pick for the copyright stuff, but oh well. Consider it queued!2012-10-11 21:56:00

As you made it, I know it will be good, Got it queued will review soon
I'll be interested in your opinion of my new level It's got 'Punkins' in it lol

Edit for review....
Let's start with the intro for your Zelda series It is soooo good I watched with mouth agape. The visuals are stunning (you certainly know how to make a good baddie) and the storyline engrossing, I reviewed it on the level saying quite the same and I'll reiterate the point again that you need much more recognition, I know you're not after fame and glory but all the same, people should be playing your levels more (something good on the cool pages? it can be done).
-A little note on something that happened at the end of the Intro, I reviewed before pressing continue and after reviewing and then pressing continue, i was booted out of the map and onto the floor of the level and got to run around some of your creations (lucky me hehe)

Now for the main story, I must admit to have never played any Zelda as I've never liked handheld consoles although I'm a huge RPG fan, so I didn't have or need to make any comparison to its namesake. The visuals were once again spot on and the game-play was fun and cute and logically very clever, The side characters were amusing to encounter and I loved using that little sword and shield. The bad plants fit very well into the whole theme and I liked the fact that you had to 1st stab them and then cut their root (The plants reminded me very much of the killer plant from the film Little Shop Of Horrors, called Audrey) I managed to finally kill the boss plant with a lot of help from the clever little sprite (thank god for her resurrection spells) she was just guiding me back to my village but sadly I died again but by this time she was fed up with helping me lol, so i never got to see the end sequence but I will replay and get there

So all in all its a huge 10/10 A+ from me, there's no nit picking that needs to be done, it's a superb level and I can't wait for more from you <3

Queued it, played it, loved it. Here's a more detailed review :

PRESENTATION

Your advertising abilities amaze me. The thread is perfect, the idea magnifiscent and the badge superb (nice adjectives, huh?). As there's no complaint about the presentation, we should get to the proper review.

INTRODUCTION LEVEL

Oh my! That was a really beautiful intro! I'm not a huge Zelda game, but I got the remake of Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 3DS and I fell in love with it. Bought about 3 different games in a month. Will this series be worthy of the name? We shall see!
Meanwhile, let me tell you this intro was pure awesomeness. The detail was great, the summary of the previous Zelda games was great (even though I think only people that have played some previous Zelda games will fully understand what was all of that about), but I think it could've been a bit shorter. Telling the story since the very beginning made the movie be a bit too long. Still, once again, good job with that.

The detail in the characters (especially in all of Ganondorf's appearances) was jaw-dropping, and the scene I liked the most was the creation of Hyrule, specially the creation of that huge tree. That looked pretty espectacular!

You better don't mess with this guy.

LEVEL 1

Naturally, the first thing I saw was the menu. I'm not really sure what will the "LOAD GAME" thing will work, but I suggest making a whole "hub" for the menu, not placing it in the "Level 1".
Anyway. The Kokiri village was beautiful. It makes sense that it filled a single level's thermo, its just soooo well-made. The outfits, the characters and the story made me felt I was playing Zelda in a PS3 . Then I got to the forest. Whoa! The plant-enemies are just exactly the same as the original ones! Well-done!
Then my first real complaint about the level: When you obtain the shield, and you fight that giantic plant, the controls to repel the (I forgot the name) nuts or whatever are incredibly awkward. It took me about 5 minutes to manage to strike the plant 3 times. And then I was dumb enough to miss the rocky thing you've got to climb to stab it in the head (by the way, the sword controls are beautiful and very original!). So I had to repeat it. And LOLOLOL I died. Good thing I had another life. That penalty system was great! -1000 points seem fair enough for losing your 3 hearts.
And then I managed to strike the plant 3 times again and... I dunno how I died, but it was while I was stabbing the plant from the rock. Mmmmm... Anyway, I was confident I would resurrect again with nothing to lose (my score was 0, shame on me) and LOLWUT the level finished. Better said, kicked me. Game over. Oh my.

I would strongly advise you not to give players limited lifes, but making penalizations bigger everytime (lets say -2000 points for the second death and so on). As this kind of levels (who am I cheating, every kind of level) is highly unlikely to be replayed once you've lost. I'll be back for sure, but who knows... Other people may not.

THR GRADES

Gameplay 3.5/5 I couldn't see much of the playable level because of that unfortunate incident with the giantic plant. Anyway, the sword control is fabulous and the combat system good. The shield control made me go nuts.
Sound 4.5/5 Beautiful! The Zelda music recreation was very good, and made me feel at home (supposing I live in Hyrule, that is).
Graphics 4/5 Everything was greatly decorated, but at some parts I felt some of the game zones (like the inside of the cave) needed much more work, it was even a bit undecorated compared to every single other landscape, forest, etc.
Overall 4/5 I'm soooooo looking forward to this series. Good luck!
