Action-roleplay has an uncompleted storyline but this is it so far. In an unknown time in an unknown world there is an adventurer that came to a city in this unknown world, all that surrounds this city is wastelands and a few other cities. In this wasteland there is an unknown threat stealing the water that once brought forests to this unknown planet. The unknown threat are machines that were once sacks that had lives but are now machines that use water as power. As for the unknown planet... Well... the unknown planet is Mars. As I said the storyline is incomplete but I'm making it up as I create. The first level in this series is incomplete but is almost done. One thing I've found that helps me scope out the project I'm working on. Create mood boards: aka find games, images and other things that resemble what your going for visually. Story is hard part, I'm struggling with my own story myself but I just keep writing story twists and variations, look around the internet on the topic I've chosen and just find inspiration around me and put that into the story as best I can. Concept art also helps with the level design aspect of it. Good luck
