Download levels question[SOLVED]

I have been wondering if you just browse the community levels and play one, does it just load and then play the level like the last two LBP games or do you have to download them into your Vita to play them? Sorry, I don't have LBPV nor do I have the Ps Vita. And I doubt that I am ever going to get it due to my money-hungry dad.
