looper movie
Archive: 4 posts
So I just saw this today for a friends birthday. I won't post any spoilers (mainly because I don't know how to do the spoiler tags) but I thought overall the film was great, but maybe not quite worth some of the reviews it was getting. anyone else seen the film yet? I was wondering if I'm missing something as for the most part it felt kinda like the actual plot was second to the core ideas of the film (admitedly, those ideas were fantastic) If you haven't seen it yet, I would deffinatley recommend giving it a go, it was a thouroughly engaging film, but don't read reviews first, they overhyped it a tad (IMO) what're your opinions? | 2012-10-06 22:00:00 Author: Smudge228 Posts: 533 |
Kinda looks like a Minority Report rip-off. :1 | 2012-10-06 22:07:00 Author: Jovuto Posts: 2345 |
It does look like a good movie, since Joesph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, and Jeff Daniels are in it. I haven't seen it yet though. My only issue is how the Looper guns look. It looks like a flintlock, and its like 2052. If only Rian Johnson could've thought of a better design. | 2012-10-07 03:05:00 Author: amoney1999 Posts: 1202 |
It's an incredible movie and I would definitely recommend it. Like any time travel movie, if you think a lot about it the movie quickly falls apart, but the movie explains just enough and the story is so great that you don't care while you're watching it. | 2012-10-07 20:27:00 Author: Patronus21 Posts: 266 |
