Help finding a certain material

| I've seen people online doing great-looking stuff with this material, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the materials list in the game or even in the wiki (I might be looking at the wrong place though)... It's that material used on that Eve's Asylum level with the bluish stuff you shoot with the creatinator-water-gun and make it extend (Patients are a Virtue if I'm not mistaken); THAT stuff, what was the material used on that?
