Memorisers and Multiplayer

| I'm musing on some level ideas, and I am wondering how the memoriser will work with multiple players. Let's say I want to make an RPG. Can I set things up so whenever players join a 4 player game, they each get to join as their character from the last time they played (regardless of who they've played with previously)? On the other hand, if you're on level 45 of my space shooter level, and a new player suddenly joins you, and I persist save the max level earned value in the memoriser, does the new player now show as having reached level 45? Has anybody played around with this stuff yet? Does it just load and save values on the host player's Vita, or do the other players accounts also come in to play? | I want to say that it takes the host's saved data. I know for sure that the memorizer will only output one value at a time, it's just a matter of determining where the number comes from. I'd set up a test to be sure, if I were you. | 2012-10-04 20:00:00 Author: comphermc  Posts: 5338 |
