hi, today i saw a telephone costume, how can i get the costume?

The costume is called Phobos. I think you need to ace Re-Animation Station...but you may just get the head piece from that. I could also be completely wrong as I didn't really pay much attention to what I was unlocking. It's a cool costume though and was totally unexpected. Just ace every level and collect every prize bubble.

If reanimation is the level with the square electrified blocks that move around then that HAS to be where it is because that's the only level I have to ace... Well the end boss too

The body comes from acing a different level (the Jackpot city boss level I think, maybe the one before that) and the hands I think are from the boss level in Coaster Valley. Basically, ace the three hardest levels you can find and you'll get it.

Thank you very much, i have the head (Re-Animation Station), and the cable(is the level before the boss in the jackpot city), but i cant find the hands and the body, is not in the boss of coaster valley. anyway, thank you very much, and if anyone can check where are the body and the hands, thank you.

No, it's a level from the Unbelievable Otis, Tri-force or something. I don't know the english names since I have a dutch copy of the game.
