'Just A Flying Visit' Pin

| Hey. I was wondering if the 'Just A Flying Visit' pin (Finish the Story in under 3 hours for those not in the know) was achieveable after completing the game. Is it based on your best time each level, or on how quickly you finish on your first playthrough? In short, have I missed out on my chance to get this specific pin? | I don't think it's possible to miss out on pins, but I have no idea on what it is based. My guess is your total time but that would be a contradiction with my experience, since I got it and went totally slow to go prize hunting and stuff. Just try playing trough again?
