6- co-op
7- versus

I will enjoy any genre of level as long it either has:

a) A new element that has not really been seen in the community before
b) A high level of polish (visuals, gameplay etc.)

I realise this might not be the most helpful reply, but, in my opinion, as long as you make a good level, people will enjoy it. However, the more important factor is to make something which you enjoy making.

I like levels of almost every genre, as long as they are innovative and push the limits. I love it when something really ambitious but awesome is released. Something that is really impressive, and out of the ordinary. Something that has a unique theme that hasn't been done before.2012-09-25 21:15:00

Platformers and co-op experiences are my bag.

Good sense of progress, I can play easily with a total stranger or a friend or alone and it always feels worth the time.

I'd also like to point out that I really enjoy creative puzzle levels. However, they are very hard to make because even if you have a good idea it's very hard to strike the perfect balance between being too easy or too hard.2012-09-26 17:55:00

I love platformers that have bounce pads everywhere. 2012-09-26 18:35:00

I like levels that you don't see a lot. Real RPGs, survival horror, sometimes top down shooters... platformers rarely show much innovation, as they are by nature, the easiest to make; I tend to shy away from those.2012-09-27 12:03:00

Hmmm.... All good advice guys ...thabnkyou. I'm working on a 'level at the moment thats a beast to do. Its more or less just an explore type adventure. its more just about exploring an old mansion, but with a difference.

I just would like to try a short mini game level and wondering what people like most in levels....All input is good. Thankyou
