Is it really that we can record Sound effects? I have seen that GribbleGrunger said this many times, but I want to know how this works...

Shouldn't be any different than how it was in LBP2 if you had a PS3 bluetooth mic or compatible Microphone device. There's an option to record your voice using the magic mouth tool in create mode.

The quality is pretty bad though. I have a Bluetooth headphone out device I tried so I could record sounds from my PC without the risk of any background noise but the Vita finds it but says it can't identify a profile to work with it. My Bluetooth headsets do work but the quality is not on par with what I was hoping.

That way I could use Adobe to clean out background noise and pitch my monotonous voice.
